I don’t know why I’m awake. I feel so miserable. All I can think about is how ridiculously fat I have gotten. My voice in my head is telling me I’m too fat to have an eating disorder, and that I’m just trying to lose weight to be a healthy size. Its okay, she says. You’re fat, people will like you more once you lose 20 lbs.
